I like to think of Life Coaching as the directional force that allows clients to unveil and discover
their true selves. Helping clients to access the shadows that act as personal roadblocks in their respective quests towards success and happiness, my job as a life coach is to help guide and advise you, the client, on your journey to a more fulfilling and authentic life! In other words, my job is to help you reclaim your life by giving you the tools to "see" you, as well as the courage to then be you!
Providing various one-on-one and group coaching services, the majority of clients I work with come
to me wanting to "find themselves." Whereas many traditional life coaches tend to focus their services on helping clients reach some sort of mega-goal or other external achievement, I find that focusing on the internal evolution of the self and soul proves to be the most beneficial and essentially pragmatic approach to coaching success. This is because self-evolution is only possible via the genuine cognitive development of one's personal perceptual paradigm—a state of mind made up of one's self-concept and degree of self-esteem. It is for this reason that my fundamental areas of focus are client self-confidence, self-image, and overall sense of self. Working with men and women of all ages, the majority of clients I coach happen to be young working adults and/or high school and college-age students. A relatable yet knowledgeable source, my personal experience (which you can read more about here) and empathetic yet sensible approach provide me with both the wisdom and ability to help those in need of guidance, support, and an objective point of view.
